Set to take place from 20 – 22 October 2023, at Timbre+ One North, this event promises to be a celebration of music like no other. Timbre has left an indelible mark on Singapore’s live music scene over the past 18 years, and Tributefest is set to continue that legacy.
Timbre X S.E.A. is undergoing a transformation into Timbre Signatures, a concept that harmoniously combines music and culinary arts while staying true to Timbre’s core values. One of the highlights is the “Singapore Signatures” menu, a celebration of the finest local flavors.
In collaboration with Tiger Crystal, this menu perfectly marries local cuisine with music. Tiger Crystal, known for its smooth taste, complements the bold flavors of Singaporean dishes. Here’s a taste of what you can expect:
Beef Carpaccio ($17): Thinly sliced tenderloin with capers, grated egg mimosa, crispy potato shreds, arugula, shallots, and chives, harmonized with anchovy lemon aioli.
Seared Hokkaido Scallop Laksa Risotto ($32): A marriage of succulent scallops and laksa-infused risotto, garnished with cucumber, slow-poached egg, desiccated coconut, and laksa pesto.
Chocolate Lava Flambe ($15): A decadent molten chocolate lava cake, ignited with Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky and mixed berries.
Timbre Signatures also boasts innovative and iconic Singaporean cocktails, each with a unique twist. Some intriguing concoctions to try include “No Chilli, Tak Shiok!” (a spicy vodka-based drink), “Bugis Pirates” (a spiced-infused rum creation), and “Jialat Liao!” (a seemingly innocent birthday concoction that surprises).
The Singapore Signatures menu offers small plates inspired by Singaporean cuisine. Timbre Group supports the “Gift a Guitar” project by the Singapore Music Society (SGMUSO). This initiative aims to bring positive change to the lives of Singapore’s youth by providing them with guitars. Timbre Group believes in the power of music to inspire creativity and impart valuable skills.
Timbre Group has a history of impactful social programs and is committed to nurturing aspiring entrepreneurs. Their new initiative, “Respect SG,” in collaboration with industry partners, aims to uplift the F&B industry. This includes a revamped “Respect Work Attachment Programme” and a partnership with ITE West called “Young Star Chefs Limited Edition Menu.”
From September 25, 2023, to March 31, 2024, support young chefs by indulging in the ITE West College Young Star Chefs Limited Edition Menu. This menu showcases local culinary expertise and features authentic Singaporean dishes crafted in collaboration with students from the Institute of Technical Education.
