Returning for its encore performance at the 1/F Roof Terrace of MGM COTAI, the “MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest” is the ultimate “fork n’ roll” festival that marries the best of gourmet cuisine with electrifying live music. This event is a testament to Macau’s UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy status, showcasing its vibrant and creative culinary scene.

A Star-Studded Culinary Lineup

Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable journey as Chef Nic and a team of acclaimed chefs engage in a creative culinary dialogue with MGM’s head chefs. Together, they will present a kaleidoscope of East-West gourmet delights that merge the finesse of fine dining with the excitement of a food festival.

Leading the charge are culinary maestros like Danyi Gao, the champion of the “Feng Wei” culinary competition in 2017, and Beichuan Yang, another top contender. They will be joined by Domino Dee, Amanda Strang, and Hilda Chan from Chef Nic’s team, as well as the notable chef Edward Voon. Together, this dream team will serve up a tantalizing feast that promises to delight not only your taste buds but also your eyes and ears.

MGM’s Culinary All-Stars

But the gastronomic delights don’t stop there. MGM’s own elite chef team will also be in the spotlight, showcasing their distinctive creations. Expect culinary magic from chefs like Yang Dengquan from the One-Michelin-starred Sichuan restaurant Five Foot Road and Homan Tsui from the One-Diamond Black Pearl awarded Cantonese restaurant Imperial Court.
