This year, BTL Fest revolves around the theme, “Mental Wellness Begins with All of Us.” It’s a gentle reminder that taking care of our mental well-being is a collective effort, one that starts with each of us. Whether in our homes, schools, communities, or workplaces, every small step we take contributes to a healthier and more supportive environment for everyone.
From soothing aromatherapy and wellness sessions to creative Zentangle art workshops, BTL Fest offers an array of interactive event booths and workshops throughout the day. Dive into sand play therapy, engage in a captivating Human Library session, and discover resources like Belle, the BTL helpbot, designed to assist you on your mental well-being journey.
As the sun sets, get ready for an enchanting evening. Be mesmerized by performances from the talented Annette Lee and students from various educational institutions as they share their mental health stories through their art. Local celebrities Rebecca Lim and Tasha Low, along with content creator Zaki Hussain, will engage in a heartwarming fireside chat. They’ll discuss the importance of seeking help and supporting one another to promote mental well-being.
