Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta returns even bigger this year and admission is FREE!

Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta returns for an even grander second edition! This time around, 10 exciting new food truck entrepreneurs joining the fiesta for the first time, joining forces with local hawker legends, home-based bakers, and young culinary talents.

When and Where

Mark your calendars and make way for a gastronomic journey like no other. From 1 to 17 September 2023, every Friday to Sunday, the Palawan Green transforms into a food lover’s paradise from 5pm to 10pm. This epic event is none other than the Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta, the signature event of Sentosa Food Fest 2023.

A Culinary Collective

Get ready to feast your eyes and your taste buds on a dynamic blend of street food entrepreneurs! For the first time ever, The Palawan Food Trucks from The Palawan @ Sentosa and Gourmet Park at Resorts World Sentosa will join the food truck contingent at Palawan Green, creating the most vibrant and eclectic food truck scene in Singapore. It’s a culinary convergence that will redefine your food truck experience!

A Platform for Emerging Talents

Beyond offering a delightful beach experience, the Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta is a platform that nurtures young and aspiring food entrepreneurs. This year, it’s all about supporting fresh talent. One exciting highlight is the Singapore National Junior Culinary Team – these talented young chefs have clinched the prestigious Alen Thong Golden Coffee Pot Challenge not once, but three times!

Their Loaded Potatoes creations, featuring Braised Pulled Duck and Braised Pulled Pork, will set the stage for their upcoming participation in the IKA/Culinary Olympics 2024 in Germany.

Must-Try Delights

Dive into a world of elevated street food that promises to tantalize your taste buds. Experience the explosion of flavors from Kueh and Rolls, a fast-food concept born from a group of polytechnic friends. Their Korean kimbaps, filled with creamy tuna mayo and fluffy egg rolls, are a fusion twist on a classic favorite.

Seeking some fiery Asian flavors? Nara Bear’s Tom Yum Mama Noodles and Larb Kung (spicy shrimp salad) have you covered.

Local Delights with a Creative Spin

Prepare to be wowed by authentic local delicacies with a modern twist. Kin Men Seng Heng brings you their Signature Duck Rice Plate, a homage to the Hokkien braised duck, lovingly crafted by a third-generation Singaporean hawker.

Crowne Plaza’s food truck introduces innovative takes on beloved local classics like “Bak Chor” Meatball Rolls and Beef Satay Burger.

Sweet Endings: Dessert Dreams Come True

Indulge your sweet tooth with sensational treats from SugarBellySG. Their Pon De Ring Mochi Donuts, Singapore’s first sugar- and egg-free creation, are a marvel to behold.

And don’t miss their Mao Shan Wang Durian Creme Brownie, a delectable treat that rounds off your meal with a burst of flavor.

Beyond Palawan Green: The Palawan Food Trucks and Gourmet Park

Take your culinary exploration to new heights at The Palawan Food Trucks located at The Palawan @ Sentosa by Shangri-La Group. From authentic Australian fish and chips to tasty Mexican tacos and quesadillas, this food truck hub promises diverse flavors that will transport you around the world.

For a gourmet experience like no other, head to Gourmet Park at Resorts World Sentosa. With Michelin-starred chefs and rising culinary stars, this container park offers a curated array of local favorites and elevated street foods that’ll have your taste buds dancing.

It’s Not Just Food: Entertainment Awaits

As part of the Sentosa Food Fest in September, enjoy a Paper Lantern Painting activity and immerse yourself in a world of creativity.

Plus, don’t miss out on the fringe events, including Movies by the Beach and the Sentosa Grand Prix Season Singapore Party.

Savor the Experience: An Islander’s Delight

Entry to the Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta is free, allowing you to dive into the food scene at your own pace. And if you’re a Sentosa Islander member, you’re in for a treat! Earn double Islander points from dining partners during the Sentosa Food Fest period.
