Taiwanese Brand Frozen Heart (凍心炸冰淇淋) Unveils Revolutionary Fried Ice Cream in Singapore

Dessert enthusiasts in Singapore are in for a treat as Taiwanese brand Frozen Heart (凍心炸冰淇淋) brings its unique and innovative Fried Ice Cream to Singapore.

With its official launch set for 6 July 2023 at Jewel Changi Airport, Frozen Heart aims to captivate the taste buds of locals and tourists alike with its tantalising blend of hot and cold goodness.

Frozen Heart, the world’s first fried ice cream brand, has garnered a devoted following since its establishment in Taiwan in 2016. Now, it aims to replicate its success in Southeast Asia, beginning with Singapore as its strategic entry point into the region. With a loyal customer base both locally and internationally, the brand promises to deliver a symphony of flavors and textures that will leave patrons craving for more.

What sets Frozen Heart apart is its unique combination of crispy, fried coatings with the velvety indulgence of ice cream. Each serving is handmade with fine ingredients and fried to perfection, ensuring a delightful balance of flavors and textures.

Frozen Heart also offers a range of delectable options, including its signature Fried Ice Cream served in golden milky toast. The temperature-controlled preparation technique ensures a crunchy golden crust enveloping the creamy consistency of Frozen Heart Gelato. Ice cream enthusiasts can choose from six different flavors, ranging from classic favorites like Vanilla and Swiss Chocolate to local premium delights such as Apple Flavored Blueberry and Aurora Starry Sky. Premium flavors are priced at $4.50 per piece, while Classic flavors are available for $3.80 each.

In addition to its Fried Ice Cream, Frozen Heart also presents its Gelato Cups, showcasing the versatility and potential of its gelato. The Gelato Cups come in seven tantalising flavors, including Pistachio, Rose Litchi, and Apple-flavored Blueberry, catering to every palate.
