Bouef introduces Limited-time 4-course Wagyu Set Menu at S$99++ for Two

Boeuf, a home-grown steakhouse brand at Telok Ayer in Singapore recently unveiled an exclusive culinary experience that seeks to tantalise the taste buds of steak enthusiasts.

Introducing their limited-time-only Special 4-Course Wagyu Set Menu, priced at an incredible $99++ for two people, this delectable offering is perfect for those looking to indulge in a luxurious feast without breaking the bank.

For less than $50++ per person, diners will have the opportunity to relish two different cuts of prized wagyu beef, both served as a succulent steak and incorporated into a mouthwatering bourguignon. Boeuf has crafted a value-for-money four-course extravaganza that promises an unforgettable dining experience.

Recognised as a haven for meat lovers, Boeuf takes pride in its wide selection of beef, which encompasses various breeds, cuts, preparation methods, and flavors.

From 1 June until 31 July 2023, Boeuf’s special four-course wagyu set menu will be available for $99++ per couple. This limited-time offering can be enjoyed throughout the weekdays (Monday to Friday), catering to a minimum of two diners.

We had the privilege of attending Boeuf’s media tasting event, where we were treated to a gastronomic journey, experiencing the following culinary delights.

To commence the epicurean adventure, we were presented with Boeuf’s signature Burratina Di Puglia. This appetiser featured a luscious burratina cheese, exuding a creamy texture that effortlessly whetted our appetites for the feast that awaited us.

Next up was the indulgent highlight of the evening, the Wagyu Beef Bourguignon. This dish showcased thick chunks of Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek, melting tenderly in a sumptuous red wine sauce. Each bite provided a burst of rich flavors that delighted our palates and left us craving for more.

The pinnacle of the meal arrived in the form of Boeuf’s expertly cooked steaks. The set menu included the Australian Stockyard F1 Wagyu Picanha, an exquisite cut that had been masterfully prepared. Complemented by torched roasted garlic and burned rosemary, these steaks exuded a tantalising smokiness that added depth to their already exceptional flavors.

As the grand finale to our wagyu extravaganza, Boeuf presented their classic French Dessert Platter. This delightful ensemble consisted of Crème Brûlée, a velvety indulgence that harmonised seamlessly with the decadent Dark Chocolate Mini Brownies and Assorted Macarons.

Verdict?

With an irresistible price of $99++ for two people, this exceptional offering allows diners to savor the best of wagyu beef in a variety of delectable preparations. A pretty good deal – go for it before the limited time set is taken off the menu.
