Boeuf restaurant at 159 Telok Ayer Street in Singapore is a meat lover’s paradise, where the celebration of beef takes center stage. The restaurant is running several promotions at the moment.

For steak lovers, you won’t want to miss their 2-hour free flow Black Angus Ribeye promotion, available all-day on weekends from 12-noon t to 10.30 pm (last orders at 9.30 pm).

Boeuf restaurant at 159 Telok Ayer Street

Boeuf’s menu offers a diverse selection of beef breeds, cuts, preparation methods, and flavors, all perfectly paired with a curated collection of boutique and fine wines. The grass- and grain-fed prime ribs are aged between 21 to 60 days, while the steaks and cuts boast varying marbling scores and are available in limited quantities.

The beef is sourced seasonally from various countries such as Wales, Scotland, Argentina, Australia, and Japan and dry-aged in-house entirely to enhance the flavor. The meat is then grilled on lava stones to properly render the fat and finished in the oven for the perfect doneness.

The simplicity of a perfectly cooked piece of meat needs little else than a great bottle of wine for the complete dining experience at Boeuf and they offer a wide selection of wine to choose from their in-house cellar.

Enjoy 15% off any bottle of wine with any order of Boeuf’s cheese/ charcuterie board

Some of the must-try items we sampled off their menu include the Board Minnie, Bone Marrow, Wagyu Tartare, Rib Eye, and their signature Dry Aged Prime Rib Bone-in, which is seasoned with house-brand Cognac and Porcini mushroom powder before being aged for 30 days:

Board Minnie $48 – 2 Cheeses, Bresaola, Veal Rilette, Beef Terrine [Additional add-on $13]
Bone Marrow $30 – Bone-Marrow brined in salt water for 2 days to remove the blood, before spreading home-made mushroom duxelles, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, bread crumbs
Wagyu Tartare $28 – Australian Wagyu Rump MB5 Belgian style beef tartare served with mayonnaise, capers, shallots, gherkins and chives
Hand Cut Fries $9 – Agria potato from Holland, one of the best potatoes for frying because of its low sugar content and thin skin
Kenya Bean $9 –  Sautéed with fried shallot
Potato Gratin $12 – Infused with nutmeg, rosemary, garlic
Pepper Sauce $5 – Cream base Pepper sauce using two different type of pepper (Kampot pepper and Green pepper corn), sauté and flambe with house-brand cognac
Mushroom Sauce $6 – Sautéed Swiss brown button mushrooms, cream and beef jus
Blue Cheese Sauce $6 –  Italian blue cheese, Gorgonzola
Steak Butter $5 – Garlic butter, Herb butter and Cafe de Paris (famous butter in Paris, mix of herb and mustard)
Rib Eye (200g) $32 – Argentinean Aberdeen Black Angus 300+ days grass-fed
Signature Dry Aged Prime Rib Bone-in (1kg) $18/100g – Seasoned with house-brand Cognac (Reviseur) and Porcini mushroom powder before being aged for 30 days
Chocó de Coco $13 – Weiss Dark Chocolate (LI CHU 64%) from Vietnam, served with vanilla ice cream
Creme Brulee $13 – Vanilla pod from Madagasca

In addition to their mouth-watering meat dishes, Boeuf also offers a variety of house-made sauces, including Pepper, Mushroom, and Blue Cheese as condiments. For those who love butter to go with your steak like yours truly, Boeuf offers a selection of three different types of butter – Garlic, Herb and Cafe de Paris which is a mixture of both.

What we really like about Boeuf is the restaurant’s focus on the best ingredient and the cooking technique, without anything gimmicky or too fancy to steal the limelight from the quality meat itself, grilled or prepared to perfection.

Prices at Boeuf are pretty reasonable too, if you dine there tapping on their ongoing promotions:

Promotions, including Weekends Only All-day Free-Flow Ribeye

Boeuf is now offering promotions throughout the week, including 2-hour free-flow Argentinian Ribeye on weekends, 3-course set lunches and dinners on weekdays, and 15% off all wine bottles with the order of any cheese or charcuterie board from Tuesdays to Saturdays.

Overall, Boeuf restaurant in Singapore is a meat lover’s paradise that offers a diverse selection of beef dishes paired with carefully curated wines, making it a perfect dining destination for anyone who loves good food and wine.
