After over two years of Covid restrictions, regulations are finally starting to wind down in Singapore. Group dining is back, safe distancing is gone and self-serve line buffets are making a comeback too.
One such buffet options is CLOVE at Swissôtel The Stamford. Their international buffet is now reopened, priced reasonably at S$78 per adult and S$38 per child, every Monday to Thursday weekly from 6pm to 10pm for their Dinner Buffet. For those who like alcohol or some soft drinks and juices to be enjoyed together with their buffet dinner, you can top up an additional S$58 per pax for a free flow of La Minga Sauvignon Blanc, La Minga Cabernet Sauvignon, Tiger Beer, soft drinks and chilled juices; or S$15 for a free flow of soft drinks and chilled juices.
Be spoiled for choices with their wide range of food stations ranging from a salad bar to desserts to seafood to the popular live station. Highlights include their free-flow cold seafood like oysters and scallops, kopitiam style chili crayfish with mantou, roast Angus beef striploin and DIY laksa station.
For the healthy eaters, I am very impressed with their salad selection, featuring a range of their own signature salads as well as a wide spread of fresh greens and dressings for you to design your own.
For drinks, I appreciate that even without the add-on packages, you can get free flow still or sparkling water; coffee, tea and mik from the respective DIY dispensers.
