Dyson’s 2nd Demo Store Service Centre is now open in Jewel Changi Airport

On Saturday 24 September, Dyson Demo Store Service Centre opened in Jewel Changi Airport. This is Dyson’s second Demo Store Service Centre to support more owners in the east.

Like the first Dyson Demo Store Service Centre in Capitol Singapore, this second outlet seeks to make it easier for people to experience Dyson technologies and understand how to create a cleaner, more hygienic environment and healthier hairstyles.

A dedicated team of Dyson Experts are on-site to provide technical support, servicing and maintenance tips.

The Dyson outlet at Jewel Changi Airport features:

• Walk-in Service Bar: Dyson Experts are available to coach owners on how to resolve machine issues. A team of Dyson Technical Experts will support back-of-house for more complex machine repairs on the same day – subject to the availability of machine parts (and extra charges if the replacement parts or repairs are out of warranty).

• Lifetime Free Health Check: For owners wanting to tune up their machines, Dyson Experts are on hand to offer complimentary machine health check-ups along with product cleaning opportunities.
• Exclusive Offerings: As well as exclusive technologies, tools and accessories, owners can also personalise their hair care presentation cases by debossing up to three initials of your choice of foil colour, and enjoy gift-wrapping services.

I like this commitment to personalised aftersale service. It is often a painful thing when electronics are not working as they should after some time and it can be very difficult to self-troubleshoot the problem over a call or via an online form or chat agent.

Those visiting the new Dyson Demo Store Service Centre at Jewel Changi Airport can also get early access to exclusive colourways, including this season’s limited-edition Vinca Blue & Rosé colourway exclusively for the 2022 gifting season.

These limited-edition machines will be available islandwide from 1 October 2022.

The new Dyson Demo Store Service Centre is located at #02-224/225, Jewel Changi, Singapore 819666. It is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
