Embark on a culinary expedition of the season’s best at Nobu Restaurant’s new Private Dining offering

Located at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, acclaimed Nobu Singapore continues its culinary decadence with the latest exciting inclusion of two exclusive menus to its current fare through two distinctive private dining experiences – the Teppanyaki Omakase Menu and Chef’s Table Omakase Menu.

Designed to offer delightful “moments of surprises”, you can look forward to intimate gastronomic journeys bearing signature Japanese techniques and Peruvian influences, where the finest produce of the season is presented in a showcase of simplicity and precision at its best.

Teppanyaki Omakase

With ever-changing seasonal ingredients, the eight-course Teppanyaki Omakase menu ($365) brings inventive flavours sectioned in the venue’s two semi-private teppanyaki rooms.

Revel in a delightful cold dish highlighting the freshest catch of the day to start, methodically crafted by the experienced sushi chefs at the Sushi Bar led by Executive Sushi Chef Tim Otomo. Known for embracing the freshest produce elevated with subliminal flavours and exemplary craftmanship, four seasonal seafood offerings follow. Highlights include refreshing salad dishes followed by a succulent Lobster entrée.

Enjoy culinary art unfold before you as a meat course is prepared à la minute, cooked delectably to your preference and served alongside a selected rice-based course. End off with creatively executed sweet treats by Pastry Chef Jackie Teo, and a selection of Petit Fours to complete the experience.

Chef’s Table Omakase

Bask in distinguished private dining with the Chef’s Table Omakase, featuring an indulgent 11-course menu. Priced at $475 per person, delve into a range of four cold dishes, showcasing the freshest flavours including a salad course.

Relish next in two courses of hot seafood dishes, premium meat course, and a delicately balanced soup prepared and served.

The Chef’s Table private dining room integrates a fully-equipped live station section, where Executive Chef Hideki Maeda leads the culinary brigade at the Chef’s Table in a masterful display of culinary prowess, allowing you an exclusive view of the dishes prepared and served.

As the perfect finale for your experience, enjoy two servings of desserts handcrafted to perfection at the live station helmed by pastry connoisseurs guided by resident Pastry Chef Jackie Teo.
