Love, Bonito’s new LBStylist Tool will help you discover the right outfit to perfectly match your personality

Introducing Love, Bonito’s first-ever virtual recommendation tool, LBStylist, which delivers personalisation at scale for women globally.

Through data science and machine-learning models, customers can discover their style persona based on individual preferences, body shapes and skin undertones. Presented in the form of an online quiz comprising up to 10 questions, LBStylist seeks to provide a better shopping experience with product recommendations tailored to personal styling needs.

How it Works

Simply will complete a simple 10-step survey with questions covering personal style, ranging from androgynous, streetwear to feminine and chic, followed by questions tailored to their personal preference. This includes their comfort level in apparels (modest-friendly or bolder choices) and preferences with regards to the fit for tops, pants, dresses and skirts.

Finally, select your body type from four different categories (hourglass, inverted triangle, rectangle, triangle), your skin undertones out of three options (cool, neutral and warm), as well as your apparel and shoe sizes.

With these insights, the tool will then allocate participants to a specific style persona out of five which includes:

  1. The Modest Feminine – She embodies quiet confidence and lets the silhouette speak for itself.
  2. The Practical, Classic, Savvy lady – She invests in pieces that channel minimalistic chic and offer multi-styling options.
  3. The Chill Vibes – Comfort, fuss-free and easy to style outfits are her go-tos.
  4. The Sweet Girl Next Door – Think friss, ruffles, tiers and broderie trims.
  5. The Modern Trendy Girl – Showing a little skin is part of her self-expression

You can then choose to receive style recommendations suited to your current style, with an added twist or a complete makeover. Having these options provides the flexibility to discover apparels suited to current preferences, or explore new variations for a bolder choice. Should you be in Love, Bonito’s physical stores, you can then locate available pieces to try on.

To provide a smoother experience, new initiatives of LBStylist in the pipeline include building out new capabilities for improved style recommendations and exploring integrations of new touch points, including the brand’s existing personalised shopping service Book-A-Stylist.

Additionally, Love, Bonito has integrated the use of data and technology to help with growth and efficiency across the business. Through actionable insights and automation, the brand is able to forecast production quantities based on expected customer demand, and ensure minimal waste from the beginning of a production cycle. LBStylist is also powered by artificial intelligence to deliver hyper-personalised customer experiences.
