foodpanda users can now use pandago services – 24/7 instant delivery for all!

foodpanda users can now enjoy greater convenience when it comes to parcel deliveries with the availability of its on-demand service – pandago. It allows you to rely on foodpanda’s rider fleet for small instant deliveries around the clock, at wallet-friendly prices.

Singapore is the first market to launch the service, following the prior launch of pandago for business in 2020.

With pandago, you can easily request for a foodpanda rider to deliver their items by updating your foodpanda app to the latest version and clicking on the “pandago” tile.

The on-demand delivery service offers an easy solution for time-sensitive deliveries, fulfilling your deliveries in under 60 minutes. This makes it particularly convenient for you when you want to deliver urgently needed items, such as perishables and essential documents, even in the wee hours.

The round-the-clock availability of pandago also makes it a useful service for surprise gift deliveries at any time of the day, even at midnight. You will also be able to easily track your deliveries with a real-time tracking function that provides updates on delivery status.

pandago was initially launched in September 2020 as a logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) solution for businesses, including small and medium enterprises, that are looking for a fuss-free on-demand delivery service. With no onboarding fee or commission fees, pandago allows businesses to better manage their delivery costs by spending only when they need it.

The expansion of the feature to customers is part of foodpanda’s efforts to strengthen its logistics infrastructure, following a recent partnership with logistics service provider J&T Express to offer next-day deliveries for foodpanda shops.

The availability of pandago to all users means you can now make use of the effortless and reliable on-demand delivery service at any time of the day. Delivery fees start at a base fee, with additional per kilometer distance-based fees.
