I loved that the pineapple filling was just sweet enough to allow the tanginess to shine through. This really allowed for balance with the buttery tart outside, making you want seconds and thirds.

Instead of a tin, you can choose to buy them in regular-sized bottles. If you purchase two bottles, you can choose to have them in a festive teal box, to add to the mood and atmosphere of the festivities. These boxes are also great for gift-giving to friends and family!

My personal favourite: Premium NZ Butter Cookies (.10). The melt-in-the-mouth aspect of butter cookies is simply irresistible! Its texture is uniquely addictive, especially with the fragrance of the butter used. With the creamy texture and buttery aroma, one certainly isn’t enough to satisfy your cravings! Sooner than you think, the bottle will be empty. I highly suggest getting more of this, no surprise that it is one of Mdm Ling Bakery’s best selling cookies.

Another flavour deserving special mention is Green Pea Cookies (.95). Made from green peas, it is actually a vegan option. Not only does it have a crunchy savoury taste from the dough, but it also has a natural sweetness and earthy notes from the pea paste itself.

There is also the Himalayan Sea Salt Chocolate Almond Cookies (.10). A fusion between Belgian chocolate almond chocolate cookies and Himalayan Sea Salt.
