[Review] Beat the heat with Udders Ice Cream’s and Brewerkz’s latest creations

These homegrown, Made with Passion brands have teamed up to produce icy delights inspired by award-winning brews from Brewerks that “double the happiness” with alcohol and ice cream!

For respite from the Singapore weather, the Mango Passionfruit New England IPA Sorbet is the elixir you need. Sweet and tangy, it’s no surprise that it’s made with top quality alphonso fruits, the bitterness of the alcohol balancing out this combination.

The Dark Chocolate Double IPA Ice Cream is perfect for chocoholics. With an extra bitter aftertaste from the alcohol, this rich and creamy belgium chocolate ice cream is perfect for dark chocolate fanatics.

The inspiration behind the ice creams; no set is complete without the award-winning brews.

First up is the Circuit Breaker New England IPA. The strong tropical notes definitely complements the bitter aftertaste of the alcohol and eases out the bitter feel, making it extra refreshing.

The 4am Double IPA, on the other hand, owns a strong fruity aroma that balances out the bitter, malty aftertaste. In fact the balance of flavours comes from plant-based ingredients added into beer!

Brewerkz outlets as well as at Brewerkz and Café Iguana booths at this year’s Christmas
Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay, which runs from 3 December 2021 to 2 January 2022.
