LIMITS Asian Championship – Calling Digital Artists to draw, paint, and create your way to US$50,000; Registrations are open here –

The world’s first NFT integrated Digital art battle championship arrives in Singapore to search for talented digital artists with imagination, talent and skills.  Organised by P.A.I.N.T. Inc, the Japanese creators of LIMITS, the Singapore Regional Finals of LIMITS Asia Championship 2022 will take place at Zouk Club on 21 January 2022.

This event will be Singapore’s first IRL Pop Culture NFT event.

In esports style, artists will have a showdown within a time limit of 20 minutes to display their characteristic artistic style on drawing tablets.

Digital art creations will be minted into NFTs and will be sold on UCOLLEX, the next generation creators platform using blockchain NFT technologies.

Through the novel VR experience, pop culture enthusiasts can purchase collectible digital assets and experience the joys of collecting art where they can feel the artists’ world and join a community of other like-minded fans. UCOLLEX provides a platform for artists to build their fanbase and share exclusive content such as interviews and preview access for new high-quality 3D art.

The art battle will push the limits of artists in esports style as they have to create an artwork within a time frame of 20 minutes in front of spectators. Competitors will need to display their creative storytelling skills based on a theme selected randomly on the spot.

Points are given for speed, technique and idea where judges and the audience will vote for the winner. The Singapore winner will win US $5,000 and a fully sponsored trip at the world finals in Japan to compete against other elite artists from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan for the grand prize of US $50,000.
