Lazada invites Singapore students to join its LazPitch competition – conceptualise an eCommerce campaign and strategy and win cash prizes and internships!

Lazada launches LazPitch, the first Undergraduate competition inviting young talents to develop and shape the future of the eCommerce industry.

LazPitch offers the next generation of eCommerce talents the rare opportunity to conceptualise an eCommerce campaign and strategy, with three teams winning cash prizes, and the team placed first bagging S$8,000 and internships at Lazada to fast-track their eCommerce careers.

Winning teams will also see their plans executed, culminating in a nationwide roll-out in Singapore.

LazPitch participants will benefit from developing their skills across these evolving streams through hands-on eCommerce mentorship with Lazada leaders, and be well placed to navigate the dynamic sector in their future careers.

Key skills that will be enhanced include digital and social marketing as well as campaign and project management.

The top 10 entries will present to a judging panel, where it will be shortlisted to the final five. The teams will then undergo a workshop on how to successfully rollout their campaign across Lazada’s website, app and digital channels in Singapore, equipping them with invaluable knowledge and skills to help them embark on their future careers in the industry.

Throughout the campaign, mentors will advise teams on strengthening and finetuning the execution to achieve tangible real-world results, allowing them to measure the success of their campaigns.

The LazPitch competition is open from now until 15 August 2021 to Groups of 4 Undergraduates aged under 25 and from the same Singapore Universities from all subject disciplines.
