A woman ranted online about Wi Spa in Los Angeles allowing a transgender woman into the women’s section of the spa. Instead of saying that a transgender woman was allowed into the spa as she claimed she was a woman, the outraged spa customer said that a naked man was allowed into the women’s section of the spa.
She posted a long rant about the incident on her Instagram account, showing how she called out the establishment for letting a man with penis and testicles into the women’s section of the spa. She also called on other customers to ask for refunds and said she planned to protest outside the spa.
According to an Instagram account by an irate customer, she did not agree with people with penises being allowed to enter a women’s spa section.
In her Instagram post, she said, “Wi spa, so it’s okay, I just want to be clear with you, it’s okay for a man to go into the women’s section, show his penis to young little girls, your spa, Wi spa condones that,” the woman said.
You can watch the exchange here, and see how other customers spoke to her during the incident.
She continued, “He can stay there? What’s his sexual orientation? I see a dick. That let’s me know he’s a man. He is not a female. He is not a female. He is not a female, sweetie. Girls down there, other women who are highly offended by what they just saw and you did absolutely nothing, you sided with him. Wi spa is in agreement,” she said.
The employee brought up the law. “What law?” the woman continued, telling another woman, “Get your money back… he ain’t no woman.”
California has some of the most accepting LGBTQ+ legislation in place, which the spa cited as the reason they allowed the transgender woman to go into that area of the spa. In a statement to an American news outfit, Wi Spa points to California Civil Code 51 (b), which makes discriminating against trans and other gender non-conforming people in business establishments illegal in the state. “Like many other metropolitan areas, Los Angeles contains a transgender population, some of whom enjoy visiting a spa,” the statement goes on. “Wi Spa strives to meet the needs of all its customers.”
The man below tried to engage the woman who was ranting, and told her to stop being a ‘d*ck’.
The same woman who first posted the incident on her Instagram has gone on to urge people to find out more about the event, and to specifically use “Wi Spa Penis” as the search term.
Here are some comments that Singaporeans made on the incident.
This commenter said he plans to do the same thing. In Singapore, this won’t be allowed, and to attempt it, may get him arrested. So mote it be.
This person said that the spa determines its own policies, and if they don’t like it, then don’t go to that spa.
The person who commented here flipped the narrative and said that a person with breasts and a vagina would not garner the same reaction if she went into the male section of the spa.
This one said that if the spa stopped the trans woman from identifying her gender, she would complain as well, so it seems the spa was caught between opposing parties.
This person said that only trans people who have undergone gender reassignment surgery can avail of spa services in such a way.
This person (presumably a man) said that people around the world were allegedly calling for this situation.
This commenter wanted to appear smart by knowing how to use pronouns. The trans woman in the report did not say what their pronouns were.
This person was also only supportive of trans people if they were able to avail of expensive and difficult gender reassignment treatment and surgery.
This person put out that the person who entered the spa was only pretending to be a trans woman and took advantage of the law to outrage the Instagram user.

If minors are allowed in the spa (not clear on whether she was saying what if little girls or that there were little girls present), that constitutes a certain degree of rape. I see some saying if a woman went topless into the men’s section..nobody would be outraged. Can I get a show of hands of men who felt like a woman’s next move might be to rape him even if she walked in totally naked? There are some men who would report it, even more so if they had a little boy with them.
