Burger fans would not want to miss this.

Dining in at 25 Degrees Singapore

Reputed for their signature gourmet burgers, 25 Degrees Singapore recently introduced their rendition of the famed all-American “Juicy Lucy” as well as an option to upgrade your burgers with a dry-aged patty.

The Juicy Lucy

Popularised in Minnesota, United States in the 1950s, the Juicy Lucy was originally a melted cheese core cheeseburger. The 25 Degrees Singapore version features an Australia Angus beef patty filled with a mix of 4 cheeses – Parmesan, Emmental, mozzarella and red cheddar, topped with beef chili, crispy onion ring and arugula. The tower of goodness is completed with a house-made 25 Degrees sauce and sandwiched between two fluffy brioche buns.

Just look at this monster for the ultimate burger indulgence:

For just S$18++, the Juicy Lucy was available till end June, but due to overwhelming response, it has been extended to stay on the menu for another two weeks – go try it before it is gone!

Yes, it gets messy when you are gobbling up a gigantic burger of this size, but when you want to indulge, why not go the full mile with the Juicy Lucy?

Dry-aged Patty Top-up

For those who prefer their burger patties to be more premium, 25 Degrees is now offering the option to upgrade your burger orders with a dry-aged patty for only $8++. The Australian Angus beef is dry-aged in house for 4-6 weeks, creating a more succulent and juicy texture.
