Tsuta and Mrs Pho now has easy DIY kits so you can prepare your favourites right at home

Tsuta and Mrs Pho are proud to premiere a series of DIY kits that you can stock at home and prepare it yourself when you feel like having piping hot ramen or beef stew, like it just came out of the kitchen.

Neatly packed for your convenience and chilled for a longer shelf life, all you need to do is to cut them open and cook them according to the instructions for easy and tasty enjoyment.

Tsuta Tonkotsu Soba and Gyoza

Tsuta has three versions of its famous tonkotsu ramen as well as a side of gyoza you can learn to prepare at home. Each comes with all the ingredients you need to make a complete meal along with simple instructions to prepare them to taste.

  • Tsuta Tonkotsu Soba ($9.80)
  • Tsuta Kurobishio Tonkotsu Soba ($11.90)
  • Tsuta Mala Tonkotsu Soba ($11.90)

Preparation for all three requires only five easy steps:

  1. Heat the soup to boiling point
  2. Cook the fresh noodles separately for 1 minute until al dente or to preferred softness
  3. Pour the heated soup into a bowl and add Burnt Garlic Oil or Mala Oil accordingly
  4. Drain the noodles
  5. Add noodles to the soup and garnish with toppings

There is also a side of frozen Gyoza ($11.90) available in packs of 12 pieces. Just fry them up in a shallow pan or boil them, and eat with your favourite Tsuta Tonkotsu Soba!

All tonkotsu soba are best consumed within 7 days from date of production. Gyozas are best consumed within 14 days from date of production.

Mrs Pho Vietnamese Braised Beef Stew and Meatballs

Mrs Pho brings the best of its beef stew to your home with the Mrs Pho Vietnamese Braised Beef Stew ($9.90).

To prepare, just follow these steps:

  1. Defrost the frozen beef stew, then heat it up by microwaving for 2 minutes or simmering for 5 minutes in low heat
  2. Prepare the rice/noodles/bread as necessary
  3. Pour the heated stew into a bowl and garnish with dried herbs
  4. Serve with rice/noodles/bread of choice

Perfect to go with the stew are also Mamma’s Lucky Meatballs ($9.90).

Available in frozen packs of 15 meatballs, simply defrost them before cooking, and grill on low heat or pan fry for 3-4 minutes. Alternatively, you may also airfry them at 170 degrees celsius for 4-5 minutes.

The stew and meatballs are best consumed within a month from date of production.
