There’s a new tea time offering in town and it’s called Beyond Afternoon Tea. Enjoy it at the elegant Lobby Lounge of the Conrad Centennial Singapore bathed in mood music and artful ambient lighting. If you like the savory more than the sweet, then the Beyond Afternoon Tea will be right up your alley.
Beyond Afternoon Tea just made its public debut in March 2021 and is available daily from 5-9 pm. Priced at $39++ per person, we think it’s a pretty reasonable price given its hearty portions and the classy ambience of the five-star hotel you get to savour the food in.

How could we miss out on the celebrated gin and tonic experience offered by Conrad. Choose to create your own customized G&T or order something from Conrad’s extensive menu. There’s something for teetotalers as well- Seedlip, a grapefruit soda-based concoction with a grand alcohol percentage of 0, but scores good marks on taste.
Fries are no sidekicks. Over at Conrad, the Chef has devoted a whole menu to make sure these potato creations have their day in the limelight. And the versions served at Conrad certainly deserve the spotlight- think thickly cut slabs fried in beef tallow (i.e. beef fat) to produce fries crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and evokes the taste of steak.
