[Review] Clean Beauty: Bounce Back Balancing Toner- Yours

Singapore-based, Swiss-made skincare brand, Yours, has launched a new toner. Named Bounce Back, it retails at US$38 or SG$50 for an 80ml bottle and is available from Yours’ official website.

First-hand Review

The toner is colorless and light in texture, just slighter thicker than water. It has a very subtle floral fragrance as well, which is pleasant to the nose.

I have dry skin, and find that the toner is easily absorbed and leaves no residue, making it a pleasure to apply. I find myself reaching for it often as I like how it is so quickly absorbed by my skin and feels weightless- the last thing we want in the hot and humid weather is any icky sticky heavy layer on the skin. No such problem with Bounce Back at all.

In fact, Bounce Back is really cooling and refreshing to use in our sweltering weather. My skin feels hydrated and calm after each use. I would classify Bounce Back as a no-frills workhorse toner, good for everyday use.

The purple bottle is slim, making it ergonomic to hold in one hand. The pump design is convenient and hygienic as well. Bonus points for withstanding our shake-vigorously and turn-it-upside-down test! No fear of leakages when packing it along for a staycation.
