[#SupportLocal] ErgoTune’s Got Your Back: Singapore Brand Work-From-Home Chair

Working from home can be tough on your back if you do not have proper ergonomic chairs like those available in corporate offices. With work-from-home become part of the new normal, ErgoTune, a Singapore brand that specialises in highly adjustable seating solutions, recently launched the latest version of its ergonomic work chair that is aimed to making ergonomic seating solutions accessible and affordable.

New Year Promotion

Priced at S$850 for the Supreme and S$550 for the Classic, there is a New Year promotion now, slashing prices to just S$599 and S$399 for the two models respectively.

We tried the ErgoTune Supreme and love its highly customisable and adjustable seating all the way from the arm rest to the back support. The reasonable pricing is a big plus point, compared to other similar products in the market.

The unboxing experience is fantastic too. Each of your ErgoTune chair comes with a detailed instructional booklet on how to adjust the various settings to tune your chair to your maximum comfort.

You can choose to assemble the chair yourself following ErgoTune’s detailed instructional video, or simply opt for the assembly service at another S$29. Shipping is free.

The current ErgoTune chairs are a new and improved model of its predecessor, featuring a more comfortable fabric, and an upgraded and more precise lumbar support system, dubbed ATLAS. It is also introducing the new-to-market GyroBrace armrest, with the aim of providing an affordable and high quality ergonomic work chair for consumers.

Ending the Work-From-Home Back Woes

ErgoTune is designed to fully conform to your body, and aims to provide a high quality yet affordable solution in tune with all your needs. It recognises that comfort can only be achieved when a chair is tailored to each person’s unique body shape, and is hence made to be extremely adjustable across eleven different points – from the headrest, backrest, and armrest, to the seat’s height, depth and recline levels.

For a start, to ensure that all users, regardless of height, can rest on the chair comfortably, ErgoTune features a height-adjustable backrest, along with a lower back support called ATLAS (Auto-Tuning Lumbar Area Support) that supports one’s lumbar spine automatically no matter how far back they recline. The feature is designed to fit their lumbar spine’s natural curve and move in sync with their body.

TrueTilt precision recline controls on the other hand, allow users to adjust the recline angle across 136°. The recline tension – which is the resistance you feel when leaning back – can be fine-tuned across 4 levels, ensuring that users can enjoy maximum natural comfort.

To further warrant that comfort and functionality goes hand in hand, ErgoTune also features an adjustable TriTune headrest, which is height, depth and tilt-adjustable up to 60°; as well as a GyroBrace 5D armrest which is freely rotatable and height-adjustable, allowing the you to shift it to the perfect position without having to leave your arms or elbows hanging, no matter whether you are working or resting.

Finally, made using a special DuraWeave hybrid-mesh upholstery, which is a strong and breathable fabric made from a 2:1 blend of fabric and polyester manufactured in Germany, the chair ensures that working long hours throughout the day is a comfortable experience.

Here’s a detailed video review done by our friend, Alexis Cheong, who got the same ErgoTune Supreme chair as us:

Rethinking Chairs to Make Ergonomic Solutions More Accessible

“As people who spend long hours seated at the office desk, we know how frustrating it can be to search for the perfect work and play chair,” shared Joshua Chan, Co-Founder of ErgoTune.

“The more prominent ergonomic chairs in the market had everything we asked for, but their price tags were just too steep. Regular office chairs on the other hand lacked the flexibility to adjust to our bodies, couldn’t adapt to what we did daily, or were fitted with upholstery that lacked comfort and didn’t breathe well. With ErgoTune, we aim to let people know that high quality ergonomic solutions do not need to be expensive, as we seek to make working from home easier, less stressful, and more comfortable for our fellow Singaporeans while going through these tough times together.”

Built to last, each ErgoTune part meets the specifications of international awarding bodies and is subject to more than 20,000 testing cycles and 400N of force before being shipped to customers. This ensures the durability of the chairs, which also come with a 12-year warranty to give customers not only your dream chair, but also a peace of mind.

The latest version of the ErgoTune comes in 2 colours, Coral Pink and Charcoal Black, and is available on via ErgoTune’s official website.
