Nothing is left over, and the stuff is packed in a neat and tidy way to accommodate the essentials. That will save us all the time and trouble us. So, here are eight tips to teach you the efficient way to do the packing.

1. LEARN TO FOLD YOUR CHAPS CORRECTLY

This short tutorial will teach you how to pack your chaps efficiently and neatly in a manner that they do not take up much space on your rack or carrier

2. ROLL YOUR CLOTHES

Rolling your clothes takes up less space than folding them up. They are also stacked up neatly when they are rolled up and not folded up.

3. STUFF SMALLER ITEMS IN YOUR BOOTS

This trick is applied to the shoes but imagine all the space you will save applying this simple trick to your boots. If you have an extra pair of boots, then they can help you in stuffing all your socks and underwear into them. That way not an inch of the space will be wasted but every inch of the space will be properly utilized.

4. LINE YOUR BAGS WITH PLASTIC SACKS

The aim of this game is to keep your stuff dry and organized. You need not buy the much expensive reptilian expensive waterproof bags or expensive liner bags to keep your valuable stuff away from moisture. No matter how fancy or rainproof your bag might be. It does not hurt to line your bags with inexpensive kitchen garbage bags. This way you will save your valuable luggage and also the money to spend on expensive liner bags in the market. Lining the bags with cheap plastic bags will ensure the safety of your stuff.

5. DEVELOP A SYSTEM

To pack truly and efficiently, you need a system so that you always know where to find the things you need to access quickly and easily. Pack your bags to hold different categories of things like a bag for tools, accessories and protection, and a bag for toiletries, clothes, and documents. And remember to put the things where they have been removed from so that you know always where to find them. Anything that is to be retrieved on regular basis should be kept on top of the bag for easy excess. Keep your things in a neat and tidy way for easy location in case of an emergency.

6, LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES

Stowaway any cash or jewelry in lock and key in saddlebags or a locking compartment of some sort. The best way to protect your valuables is to leave them at home, but if you must carry them along, make sure that they are in a place where only you can access them easily. Do not carry many credit cards and more than required cash for a day or two. Keep copies of the documents that are necessary for traveling needs. Do not flaunt your original license or vehicle documents every time you are asked for and keep the original very safely and at a place where they can be accessed easily.

7. LESS IS MORE

This is a basic rule of road travel that you should carry the bare essentials with you to travel light and safe, especially when you are traveling for a long way or a long distance. You can significantly reduce the number of clothes you need if you pack some detergent and wash them up as you are on the go. Your destination might have laundry facilities or laundry vendors once you reach there and you can have a fresh set of washed linen and clothes over there. So you do not need to bring an extra set of washed clothes along with you.

8. BRING BUNGEE CORDS AND ZIP TIES

If you have the principle of more is more then you will need an extra supply of bungee cords to help you to tie the stuff securely on your bike.

These space-saving tips can be utilized while embarking on a road trip on your bike and packing your stuff. These tips will help you to save space and make space for your souvenirs.
