[FOOD DELIVERY] Kam’s Roast Presents Its Top 4 Authentic Hong Kong Roast Platter at S$68

Kam’s Roast recently launched its Top 4 Authentic Hong Kong Roast Platter (S$68+), which caters up to four persons – perfect for a small family dinner at home. Comprising four of the restaurant’s signature roasts as well as marinated cucumber, the convenient platter is now available for takeaway and islandwide delivery.

The platter consists of the following:

1/4 Signature Roast Duck: Kam’s Roast’s signature roast duck follows the time-honoured recipe passed down from the founder of Yung Kee. The duck is prepared with Kam’s Roast’s secret marinade, and then roasted Cantonese-style to perfection. The skin is ethereally thin and golden brown, and the meat succulent and juicy.

1/4 Soya Chicken: The soya sauce is made using a blend of herbs including cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom, licorice and bay leaves, and it lends an incredible depth of flavour to the succulent chicken. The herbs are first cooked with ginger, green onion, light and dark soy sauce and rock sugar for at least 30 minutes. The chicken is blanched in hot water, then immersed into the soy sauce marinade and cooked for 30 minutes. It is then brushed with maltose for added flavour and a beautiful sheen.

BBQ Pork (Char Siu): The pork is seasoned with Kam family’s award-winning marinade. The specially selected quality pork is slow-roasted and has just the right amount of char for that smoky flavour. Each slice of char siu is meaty, with the burnt bits adding a delightful crunch.

Crispy Pork: Roasted expertly and boasting a super crispy skin, the juicy slab of meat offers a good meat-to-fat ratio for an incredible mouthfeel. According to Kam’s Roast, this is a favourite for many Singaporeans.

Marinated Cucumber: Spicy and sour with a fragrant hint of garlic, this side dish whets the appetite and tempers the meat indulgence as it helps to cleanse the palate.

Kam’s Roast’s Top 4 Authentic Roast Platter Set is available for both takeaway and delivery via oddle.
