6 Most Instagrammable Spots in The Bubble Tea Factory @ *SCAPE

If you are a bubble tea lover and all you ever dreamed of is to dive into a pit of boba pearls, your dream will come true tomorrow (October 19).

A 2-month bubble tea-themed exhibition called The Bubble Tea Factory (TBTF) will take place at the indoor atrium of *SCAPE, from 19 October to 18 December 2019. Once you step into this whimsical bubble tea exhibition, get ready for an immersive and multi-sensory experience from 10 playful and visually spectacular installations.

If you are thinking of heading down to TBTF on Oct 19, set your alarms as they are providing free admissions to the first 1,000 visitors on their first day of opening!

How The Bubble Tea Factory came to be

The Bubble Tea Factory (TBTF) is the brainchild of Mr Tan Weiting, the managing director of events company EI Masnou. He was hit by inspiration when he realised that his friends and colleagues loved bubble tea so much that they could talk about bubble tea every day, sometimes even getting into heated arguments about which shop was the best. Therefore, Mr Tan, together with his team from EI Masnou, launched headlong into a 1 year mission to create the first ever immersive bubble tea exhibition in Singapore.

Although this exhibition is ticketed, it is expected to be a big hit with bubble tea lovers. To help you get the best out of your time there, we’ve sussed out TBTF’s top 6 Instagram-worthy spots.

  1. Submerge Yourself In A Pit Of Taro Pearls!

What bubble tea fix is complete without pearls? Now you can find yourself knee-deep in them.

With TBTF’s massive pearl pit “brewing” more than 100,000 lavender-hued pearls, you might get lost swimming among these taro-bly cute balls.

2. Consume bubble tea intravenously

In need of bubble tea therapy? Lie back on this fainting couch and pretend to receive a bubble tea transfusion.

Get a boost of energy from the Boba-jection!

Relax, we’re just playing pretend. For how could boba flow through IV drip tubes?

3. I Came In Like A Wrecking Ball~

To demolish all your diet plans, that is.

Get swinging on the Taro-ble Wreck!

This installation is able to support your weight even after all that weight you gained from drinking bubble tea, so put your legs together for your best “Miley Cyrus – wrecking ball” pose on that swing!

4. Jet set with bubble tea

Dreamed of having your own private jet one day? TBTF lets you live your dream a little with their own private jet, together with an elegant bottle of BBT Champagne and a champagne glass filled with bubble tea.

5. Lets Get Boba Ballin’!

We would like to advocate that you roll around in the bathroom where someone went crazy with what could be a Supreme Money Gun.

Feel boujee at the Boba Ballin’ !

Dive into a bathtub of money, literally. And be boba ballin’.

6. Get On The Seesaw With Your Boba-Bae!

Unleash your inner-child with the seesaw!

Rock your boba-gained weight with the Boba Bae seesaw.

Don’t Say We Never Say!

Remember to get your complimentary cup of boba-tastic Brown Sugar Bubble tea from Jenjudan, whose roots were found in the world-renowned Shilin Night Market. Also, be sure to check out the fun challenges they have in store! Upon completion, you can receive mysterious rewards.
