MICHELIN is pleased to unveil the selection of restaurants and street food establishments awarded with a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019. This year, 58 establishments of the city-state are being recognized with the distinction. The Bib Gourmand category was created in 1997 and granted by MICHELIN’s inspectors to the addresses that offer diners very good value for money, with a complete and high-quality menu priced at a maximum of SG$45.
In a country where street food is an institution, it’s not surprising to find numerous hawker stalls (33 are awarded with a Bib Gourmand) and street food establishments (6 Bib Gourmands) in this selection.
