Win special edition prizes at Brompton Bicycle’s new flagship store opening in Funan this 28 June 2019

Brompton Bicycle announces the opening of a new flagship store on June 28 in Funan, Singapore as part of the global expansion of its network of Brompton Junction retail stores, taking the number of stores globally to a total of 16.

The new store in Funan provides Brompton’s range of bicycles and accessories direct to the customer through state-of-the-art retail facilities, representing the culmination of Brompton’s most popular and effective in-store retail concepts, including interactive bike build facilities and a live demo area housed within the shopping mall’s own in-house cycling path.

The store design is based on a functioning workshop, crafted to represent the movement of a modern city that never stops, as well as offering a range of aftersales and servicing facilities. Trained experts will be on hand within the store to offer technical advice and help with interactive bike builds and fittings to ensure customers are getting the Brompton that’s right for them. The entire store will focus on the experiential, with a digitally connected retail environment offering a customer-centric purchase and ownership experience, whilst remaining primarily all about the bike and brand.

To commemorate the opening of the new store and to mark the next chapter for Brompton in Singapore, a new Lion City special edition bicycle will be launched. This special edition sports a 2-tone fusion of Gold and Red Lacquer contrasts with black extremities.

The colourway on the mainframe is inspired by the recent success of ’20 Years in Asia’ Gold Edition joined with the ‘Chic’ passion theme of Funan’s ‘passion clusters’, channelling Brompton’s success over to the creative intersection. The ID plate design features the national personification of Singapore, the Merlion.

Brompton is also offering one winner the chance to win a Lion City Special Edition + 1 personalised ID plate by competing at an Instagram contest. Winning entries will be judged on their level of creativity, taking account of the image/video and caption, is the most creative.
