Get your fill of lobsters at Lobsterfest happening from 24 May to 30 June
It’s that time of the year when the lobster craze “Lobsterfest” hits PARKROYAL on Pickering. Making a return from 24 May to 30 June 2019, fans of the prized crustacean can dive deep into a medley of tantalising lobster dishes at a four-hour buffet featuring crustaceans au natural, grilled, or cooked in a variety of scintillating Southeast-Asian flavours.
It’s claws-galore at the Lobsterfest with chefs working doubly hard to whip up unlimited servings of Lobster with Golden Egg Yolk Butter Cream and Lobster with 5 Peppers Sauce. Other must-haves include:
- Lobster with Singapore Chilli Sauce
- Lobster with Kam Hiong Sauce
- Baby Lobster Laksa Noodles – a trio of highly-rated dishes from last year’s menu
- Roti John with Minced Lobster Meat
- Braised Lobster with Ginger and Onion
Head outside to the alfresco BBQ corner and witness the freshest lobsters grilled to perfection.
