Have a blast this New Year the Japanese way with the exclusive events lined up at Liang Court starting today until 6 January 2019. Activities range from the traditional taiko drum performance to a bento making workshop.
On New Year’s Day, 1 January 2019, you may kick-off Shogatsu (Japanese New Year) with a bang with the Hikbiya Group taiko drum performance. It will then be followed by a sake opening ceremony and closed by a mochi pounding session. The festivities continue over the weekend with a Shishimai performance to invite good luck for the year ahead.

You can join the Bento Making Workshop, Onigiri Card Holder Making Workshop, and Daruma Bread Coaster Workshop with a spend $20 in a maximum of 2 receipts at any store to participate for free. Registration is at level 2 Customer Service Counter. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Limited workshop slots available.
