Best of all, if you do an online reservation, there’s even a 1-for-1 deal! I would highly recommend the 1-for-1 all-you-can-eat, free-flow lobster buffet on Wednesday for S$129 per person for the best value.

I went for their lobster buffet today and was informed by the staff that there was a total of ten lobster dishes available, ranging from their signature creation – Singapore Chili Style Lobster, cold Boston Lobsters, Lobster Bisque and a slew of Langostino dishes, cooked local-style – stir fried with black pepper, served in Singapore-style chili paste, served with laksa soup and noodles, among other variations.

Lobster dishes:

Cheese baked lobsters
Lobster paella
Lobster fried rice
Cold Boston Lobsters

Langostino dishes:

My favourite dish from the buffet line was the lobster in baked cheese, served with mushrooms and other ingredients. This is a favourite for diners and they get wiped out pretty fast every time the line is replenished. Don’t worry about missing out though – the buffet line is topped up regularly at intervals. Just wait for the next round if you missed it.

I think I ate around 3 whole lobsters and at least 5 langostinos. Totally worth it the price of the buffet if you made a reservation online to enjoy the 1-for-1 deal!

Other than the seasonal seafood offers, J65 showcases the multicultural cuisine of Singapore with signature home-style dishes, created by their chefs in an open kitchen that allows diners a live look-in at my dishes being fixed to perfection.

Some of the signature offerings include their open Kueh Pie Tee and Rojak stations where you can make-your-own Kueh Pie Tees and Rojak; dessert line serving Potong ice cream, Nonya kuehs and other local delights; and a slew of other local dishes to satisfy most food cravings.

Durian pengat

For those who prefer more international fares, there’s a good selection on the line as well:
