PARKROYAL on Pickering presents Lobsterfest from 26 May to 30 June
Lobster fans, rejoice! From 26 May to 30 June 2018, you can delight in a medley of lobster creations as PARKROYAL on Pickering’s ever-popular Lobsterfest claws its way back onto the menu. The selection is locally-inspired and everyone can look forward to an epic three-hour gourmet adventure where they will find all the great lobsters in one place!
Begin the journey with whole Maine Lobster as it stars in a variety of chilled dishes including Lobster Salad, Lobster on Ice and the Lobster Roll where generous chunks of lobster meat are doused in mayonnaise and served on freshly toasted and lightly buttered warm Ciabatta.
Mixing it up with the light sweetness of fresh Rock lobsters are the hard-hitting local specialties such as Lobster Chilli Crab Sauce served with Golden Man Tou, Lobster in Black Pepper Sauce, and the Lobster in Golden Egg Yolk Lemon Butter Sauce. Or, the Lime restaurant classic, Lobster Laksa Noodles is a great way to add some spice to the occasion.
Swing by the outdoor BBQ where freshly grilled lobsters take centre-stage, and where enthusiasts with an insatiable hunger for lobsters can pair their smokey crustaceans with a variety of mouth-watering sauces to choose from, such as Sambal Belacan, Garlic Butter, Truffle Hollandaise, Roasted Sesame Sauce and the piquant Thai Sweet and Spicy Chilli.
