Ubud Food Festival 2018: First Round of World Class Chefs and Outstanding Innovators

The highly anticipated Ubud Food Festival in Indonesia is kicking off another round of gastronomic experiences this 2018. The Ubud Food Festival is a non-profit initiative with the mission of supporting Indonesia’s vibrant and sustainable culinary and tourism industries.

Ubud Food Festival 2018’s new Presenting Partner

UFF announces their new partner, one of Indonesia’s leading food companies and renowned international producers of Indonesian condiments, kecap manis and sambal – ABC.

Along with it, they also announced a spoiler alert of the world-class chefs that will be participating in this year’s programs such as high-energy cooking demos, decadent special events, in-depth discussions, and hands-on masterclasses.

A Great Gathering of Asian Chefs

From 13-15 April 2018, 100 speakers from across Asia will gather to share their culinary expertise and insights all working under the theme ‘Generasi Inovasi.’

The theme is inspired by the Indonesian youth that leads the technological and economic growth of the country, and with it, the introduction of Indonesian cuisine around the globe.

Confirmed chefs that will be present during the event includes Rinrin Marinka, Ibu Sisca Soewitomo, Hans Christian, and Andrian Ishak if only to mention a few.

The three-day Ubud Food Festival will include ticketed and free events like cooking demonstrations, special events, workshops and food tours, markets, film screenings, live music and in-depth forum discussions. Special events will also take place at various locations across Ubud.

The program, lineup and tickets will be announced in mid-February.

Visit their official website for more information.
