Celebrate an exuberant Lunar New Year with Din Tai Fung’s classic Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng 发 财 鱼 生 .
Refreshing, light andfragrant, the dish is served with twirls of white radish and carrots, crispy yam strips for that satisfying crunch, fresh pomelo pulp that brings a burst of flavour, and Tianjin roasted chestnuts. The dish is then topped with Norwegian smoked salmon and drizzled with a self- concocted sweet and tangy plum sauce.
For a touch of abundance in the New Year, diners may add delectable ‘Top-ups’ to their Yu Sheng order. Top-up options include, all-time favourite Fried Salmon Skin ($4.80 per serving), and Pine Nuts ($2.80 per serving).
