Following her success as a finalist on MasterChef Australia in 2012 to a resident judge on MasterChef Asia, celebrity chef Audra Morrice will be regaling gourmands with a sensory journey of tastes and textures through an exclusive 5-Course Wine Dinner from 26 to 29 October 2017 at Pool Grill.
The best of Australian produce, eclectically Asian cooking styles and the creative harmonies of flavours and textures are hallmarks of Audra’s culinary repertoire, and diners will experience these ideals expressed with her indulgent menus.
Each exquisite creation will also be perfectly paired with esteemed Australian wines from the famed Frankland Estate Vineyard.
Grab the opportunity to get up close and personal with Audra Morrice, set amidst the enchanting ambience by the pool at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel and under the starry skies.
From October 26 to 29, 2017, Pool Grill at the Marriott will host a 5-Course Wine Dinner from 6:45pm to 9:30pm.
You can avail of a dinner slot for $128++ per person. This fee is inclusive of canapés and wines.
The dinner is hosted by MasterChef Australia winner and MasterChef Asia judge Audra Morrice.
