Meat eaters will be happy to hear that Meat N’ Chill is having a palatable platter promotion. In celebration of the nation’s 52nd birthday, they are serving a local meat platter ($125.20).
The platter has something for everyone as it includes crustaceans, fish, chicken, pork, and beef.
The 100-Day Grain Fed Ribeye Steak is served with scallion and ginger sauce. This dish is cooked medium, so be sure to notify them if you want it cooked differently.
The Sambal Pork Ribs is so tender that the flesh falls off the bone effortlessly.
The Baked Barramundi with black bean sauce is soft and does not have a fishy smell. For a stronger taste, have it with the sauce, and for a cleaner taste, have it plain.
The Crispy Cereal Chicken is my favourite as it the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The cereal makes it flakey and buttery too.
The Seafood Bucket contains crayfish, clams and mussels coated with chilli crab sauce which is a different spin to Singapore’s signature chilli crab.
The platter also comes with sides such as prata, mantou, salad, achar, and rojak.
