Far East Hospitality recently launched an all-new QOOL Weekend staycation package at The Quincy Hotel and it is a pretty good deal for couples and families alike.
Guests at Quincy gets to enjoy the complimentary food spread at the lobby restaurant from morning till night, inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the snacks and drinks in the minibar are also free and replenished daily, with no additional charges. With all the food and drinks taken care of, this is one staycation whereby you really do not need to step foot out of the hotel at all.
In addition, with the QOOL Weekend package, guests get to participate in various complimentary activities organised by the hotel like the Qookielicious Cookie Making & Decorating Class which I attended with my son, Asher, during our stay last weekend.
During the class, we joined other guests and the hotel’s pastry chef to bake and decorate some colourful cookies. The cookies were sent to our room after the workshop and Asher cannot wait to show them off to his friends when he got home.
Other than the workshop, movie night by the infinity pool on level 12 is available from 9pm every Saturday night. The hotel also boosts a gym, sauna and steam room for guests to enjoy.
Asher and I spent our time swimming, hitting the gym, sauna and steam room; going for meals in between or just relaxing in our cosy room. For once, we did not step out of the hotel at all to get food during a staycation. We felt recharged after the night stay.
For those who drive, complimentary carpark coupons are available at the reception.
The Qool Weekend package includes:
During dinner on our first night, Asher and I were surprised by a roving magician who went around performing magic tricks to entertainer diners. The guy was a hit with the kids, seen following him around as he perform one trick after another. Asher was totally impressed by him and could not stop talking about this rubber band trick he saw:
With so much to do and everything taken care of by the hotel, the QOOL Weekend package at The Quincy Hotel is worth considering for both single couples as well as parents with kids.
