Jetstar launches $2017 Long Weekend Package for 7 guaranteed return trips

As the end of the year approaches, are you planning ahead for your travel holidays in 2017?

Here’s an awesome package deal from Jetstar specially tailored for those who like to plan travels around the long weekends.

At just S$2,017 nett, the Ultimate Long Weekend Flight Package will offer seven return flights, to seven top destinations in Asia, including Bali and Bangkok, over seven long weekends in 2017.

On sale from Tuesday, 6 December 2016 at 9am, seats are while stocks last on this very special package that not only secures holiday plans for next year’s long weekends, but also guaranteed at the average low price of S$288 nett per return flight ticket – a steal considering peak prices charged by airlines typically for peak holiday seasons, including long weekends.

This special flight package was developed in response to travel frustrations experienced by many Singapore residents, as revealed in a Jetstar survey.

86 per cent of the respondents said that high fares posed the biggest challenge, and while 80 per cent of respondents tried to maximise leave by using public holidays, many still faced exorbitant accommodation rates and peak travel prices.

“This research highlights the many reasons why people struggle to book that much-needed long weekend break, and we have been looking for ways to better enable customers to travel during these busy periods.

“With this ultimate package, the stress of planning for every long weekend getaway of 2017 disappears – in one fell swoop. We hope our customers will take advantage of this very innovative and attractive deal to plan ahead with ease, and see more of Asia for less,” said Chantal van Wijnbergen, Jetstar Regional Marketing Manager, Southeast Asia.

The Ultimate Long Weekend Flight Package

The package costs S$2,017 nett per person, comprising seven dedicated return flights around Southeast Asia and Australia across seven public holiday long weekends in 2017.  This price is inclusive of taxes, fees, credit card booking fees, and 20kg checked baggage allowance for all flights.
