Getting the name of this restaurant right is not easy as the signboard is in Japanese and hanji characters only.
Nonetheless, business is still bustling at japanese collagen hotpot specialty restaurant, Tsukada Nojo Bijin Nabe (塚田農場 美人鍋). A queue starts to form even before the restaurant is open for business when we visited during dinner time on a Sunday.
We waited around 20 minutes to get a table, but the wait was alright as patrons are registered with a queue number and the staff will given you a call when there is a table available. Meanwhile, we were free to do some shopping in the mall.
Prices are fixed at S$25++ per pax for the collagen hotpot, with a minimum of two person per table to order.
The collagen hotpot comes with the following items:
The restaurant has a set of dining instructions on how to best enjoy your hotpot. If you find it too confusing to do it on your own, you can get the staff to help you:

The hotpot is only available during dinner. For lunch, they serve ramen and the other ala carte menu items. Here are some of the stuff I tried on another visit with my colleagues:
Overall, I enjoy dining at Tsukada Nojo. Price is a on the steep side, but the service is excellent and quality is good. I will visit again.
