Little Asher Lim Yu Yi (林语毅) entered into the Lim and Chan families’ lives at 9.39am, 21 August 2011.
He is a feisty little chap from birth, kicking and bawling with energy as he came into this world. Rachel and I were elated to welcome him.
He weighed 3.28kg and was 51cm at birth.
I will be taking a break from blogging to take care of Asher and Rachel during their post-natal period. Asher needs lots of care and attention. I want to be there for him. I want to be there for my brave wife too. Rachel has been so strong and resolute throughout the pregnancy and birthing journey; we shall shoulder the burden together from here.
I am a father now.
Taking one step at a time, the next milestone is to make sure Asher is well-fed and nursed to perfect health.
