Two Peck Fried Chicken (2派克雞排)

This is my favourite fried chicken cutlet/ “ji pai (雞排)”  in Taiwan. Very crispy and slightly spicy. Visit their official website here to find out more. 🙂

There’s actually bones inside the chicken, unlike most of the the other ji pai stalls. It is said the bones were kept intact so as to preserve the authentic taste of the chicken. Not sure how true that it, but it sure tastes great and makes me hates the crappy quality ji pai we are getting here in Singapore.
