They have e-shopping available on their official website. I doubt many people know it too. This coming Chinese New Year, try order your bak kwa online instead of joining in the long queues.
Oh, and the photo contest is closing end of this month. If you happen to have some photos of you or your friends or family enjoying bak kwa, do send in your photos. The prizes are quite attractive.
