What is this called? Cowhorns?

Anyone knows what are these called? I am sure if you are Singaporean, you must have eaten this before. It tastes like chestnut and is shaped like a cow’s head with horns.

My sister just barbequed a batch of these last night and while  I was savouring them, it striked me that I didn’t know what they are called! 🙂
