I think this is a very useful tip which will save lots of time daily on menial chores like folding cloths. 🙂
Then again, maybe I am just being a mountain turtle as usual. Is this how a lot of sales assistants are already doing it in stores like Giordano?

nope.. giodarno staff are not folding it that way. :)
although this method is the fastest; it doesn't allow clothes to be neatly taken out w/o affecting the other clothes stacked on top and below of it.
I completely agree. A few years ago I tried folding my clothes this way at home and stopped eventually because of the very same reason Rebecca highlighted.
Means this is a cheap trick????? :(
