Sniff Out Better Sleep at Woosa’s Dream Assembly Pop Up at Waterway Point

Singapore mattress brand Woosa just launched a new experiential pop up event called the Dream Assembly at Waterway Point. Partnering with homegrown fragrance house Scent Journer, the event is running from now to 21 June. You can drop by the free event at Level 1 Village Square between 10am and 10pm daily, with the event closing at 9pm on the final day.

This collaboration marks Woosa’s shift towards holistic sleep wellness by integrating physical comfort with olfactory science. Following previous events like a foam pit at Waterway Point and a traditional Chinese medicine tea tasting at Suntec City, this latest concept focuses entirely on the sense of smell to help visitors unwind.

The journey begins with an engaging activity called Dream Aura Photography.

Here, you step into a specialised booth equipped with biofeedback sensors to discover insights about your current state of rest. The sensors will then capture a unique aura portrait of you that is paired with an interpretation card explaining the meaning behind different colours. For instance, a red aura indicates restless energy while a blue aura signifies deep calm. Armed with these personal insights, you are then guided to explore their ideal form of rest through custom scents.

Moving into the workshop space, you get a hands on look at the materials that make up Woosa products. A dedicated material library breaks down the construction of the Original, Mysa, and Terra mattresses. You get to touch the different Belgian made foams and learn how various layers cater to specific sleep profiles.

The highlight of the event is the custom scent experience.

Scent Journer has crafted a menu of seven unique pillow spray fragrances, each representing a distinct dreamscape. The options include A Warm Embrace, Golden Lily, A Mind Unfolding, Forest at Rest, Deep Silent Waves, Gratitude at Heart, and A Clear Mind.

We particularly like the Saffron infused A Warm Embrace and Jasmine infused A Mind Unfolding.

To start, you select the scent that best matches how your body feels and your desired state of rest. Next, at a laboratory inspired setup with large glass windows, you get to watch in real time as your complimentary 5ml bottle of Woosa X Scent Journer Custom Pillow Spray is formulated.

You can also cast a vote for your favorite blend, which might eventually see a full retail release. After exploring the dimensions of scent and touch, you are encouraged to lie down and test the mattresses and adjustable bed bases for yourselves.
