67 Pall Mall Singapore Opens 67 on Scotts, a New Wine, Dining and Events Destination on Orchard Road

67 Pall Mall Singapore has unveiled 67 on Scotts, a new experiential events space at Shaw Centre that extends the renowned private members’ wine club’s hospitality and wine expertise beyond its existing club premises. Located across Levels 1 and 2 of Shaw Centre in the heart of Orchard Road, the new concept is designed as a flexible venue for brand activations, exhibitions, tastings, private events, cultural programming and immersive experiences.

Spanning 6,700 square feet across two interconnected levels, 67 on Scotts offers a dynamic environment where food, wine, music and conversation come together. The venue is designed to accommodate a wide variety of events, ranging from product launches and art installations to intimate wine tastings, live performances, private dinners and corporate gatherings.

At the centre of the venue is a striking nine metre tall P1.25-pixel pitch LED wall, believed to be one of the largest of its kind in Singapore. Combined with a fully equipped fine dining commercial kitchen, the space can host events for up to 250 guests, offering organisers significant flexibility for both public and private functions.

The venue is divided into two distinct areas. On Level 1, The Gallery serves as a highly adaptable street facing space designed for exhibitions, pop ups, brand showcases and social events. Operating with a café bar concept managed by 67 Pall Mall, the area can accommodate up to 60 seated guests or 100 standing guests. The flexible layout also allows for large scale installations, including automotive displays. As one of its first activations, Porsche Singapore will present a week-long showcase featuring two iconic Porsche sports cars within the space.

Upstairs, The Atelier offers a more intimate and semi-private setting suited for hosted tastings, masterclasses, private dining experiences and corporate functions. The venue can host up to 100 seated guests or 150 standing guests, making it suitable for both business and lifestyle events.

Wine remains at the heart of the 67 on Scotts experience. Guests can explore a carefully curated wine programme featuring rotating tasting flights and a specialised by the glass selection designed to encourage discovery and exploration. Members of 67 Pall Mall Singapore will also enjoy preferential wine pricing and access to an exclusive Black Book wine list featuring rare and premium labels not available on the regular menu.

Complementing the wine offering is a Mediterranean inspired menu created by Chef Balaji Vijayachandran, whose culinary experience includes roles at DB Bistro Moderne under Michelin starred chef Daniel Boulud, Artemis Grill and So France. The menu focuses on quality ingredients, lighter flavours and sustainable sourcing, presenting a range of refined bistro classics and sharing plates suitable for both casual and special occasions.

Among the signature dishes are the Laksa Bouillabaisse, a local interpretation of the French seafood classic featuring prawn, rock fish and confit cherry tomatoes; Organic Yellow Chicken served with morel mushrooms, Vin Jaune, creamy lemon mash and broccolini; and a Mediterranean Salad featuring hummus, falafel, grilled eggplant, capsicum, fresh greens and pickles.

The drinks programme extends beyond wine with a selection of contemporary cocktails inspired by classic serves. Highlights include the Blood Orange Hanky Panky, Pineapple Husk Mezcal Negroni and Straits Highball, which is also available as a non-alcoholic option. The cocktail menu is designed to complement the venue’s wine focused identity while offering guests additional opportunities for discovery.

Music will also play a key role in shaping the atmosphere at 67 on Scotts, with a dedicated music programme set to launch in July 2026. The initiative aims to create an evolving energy throughout the day and into the evening, further enhancing the venue’s appeal as a lifestyle destination.

The opening of 67 on Scotts coincides with preparations for 67 Pall Mall Singapore’s annual Summer Party, Soleil, which returns on 11 July 2026. Inspired by the spirit of a European summer, the event will transform the club into a multi-level celebration of wine, gastronomy and hospitality, with unique experiences on every floor.

Positioned at the gateway to Orchard Road, 67 on Scotts represents a significant new chapter for 67 Pall Mall Singapore.
