Kott-Don 360 will officially open its second outlet at VivoCity on 15 June, marking a major expansion for the Korean BBQ brand known for its premium wet-aged meats and immersive dining concept. Founded by the team behind Flower Pig 360, Kott-Don 360 is built around a simple idea that time and precision make all the difference. That philosophy shows up clearly in both its signature 360-hour wet-aging process and its flower-cut technique, where each cut of meat is carefully scored into a floral pattern before ageing.
The new VivoCity outlet also pushes the dining experience further through its space design. As co-founder Mr Frank Jin puts it, “Kott-don was inspired by our desire to introduce a more modern and approachable side of Korean dining. We wanted to create a space where people could enjoy Korean barbecue in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, inspired by the themes of a Hanok and a cave.”
The setting is designed to feel like a modern interpretation of traditional Korean architecture. With 130 seats and staff-assisted tableside grilling, the space is built for both group dining and a more guided BBQ experience where meats are cooked to optimal doneness without guesswork.
At the heart of the menu is the brand’s 360-hour aged meat selection. The Duroc Black Pork remains one of the standout signatures, offering a rich pork flavour with a tender bite and just enough fat to render beautifully over the grill. The Jeju Black Pork brings a firmer texture and deeper savoury notes, reflecting its island origin and more robust profile. Each cut is carefully aged in vacuum-sealed conditions, allowing enzymes to naturally tenderise the meat while retaining its juiciness, a key distinction from dry-aged BBQ styles.
Exclusive to the VivoCity outlet is Hanwoo Beef, a prized Korean native cattle known for its marbling and depth of flavour. This is positioned as the premium highlight of the new menu, with a Hanwoo Beef Set starting from S8 (member price). The set includes approximately 450g of assorted cuts, paired with Hanwoo Ssam Bap, a traditional rice and soybean paste combination designed to complement the richness of the beef. For diners who prefer a more accessible entry point, the Kott-Don Sets start from S.90++ (member price), offering a curated selection of aged meats that still reflect the brand’s signature preparation style.
Beyond the grill, Kott-Don 360 expands into a full Korean dining experience with a range of dishes that balance richness and comfort. The Beef Tartare Bibimbap is a highlight, combining wagyu beef tartare, shredded egg, seaweed, vegetables, and a pasteurised egg yolk, brought together with ssamjang for a savoury, well-rounded finish.
The Cold Kimchi Noodle offers a lighter contrast, with chilled fermented kimchi broth and springy noodles topped with cucumber, seaweed, and egg, making it especially refreshing alongside heavier grilled meats.
For something more comforting, the Kettle-Pot Fish Cake Soup is served in a traditional-style pot with Busan fish cake skewers in a clear anchovy-based broth.
A big part of the Kott-Don 360 experience also lies in its generous selection of refillable banchan. Expect house-made kimchi prepared fresh daily, japchae, pickled radish, and kelp noodle salad, alongside more indulgent sides such as tteokbokki, pork tangsuyuk, and cheese steamed egg.
To round off the experience, diners can also enjoy Häagen-Dazs ice cream as part of the dessert selection, alongside a range of drinks available to complement the meal.
To celebrate the opening, Kott-Don 360 is offering a launch promotion from 15 June 2026. Diners who sign up for the complimentary membership will receive a free 150g serving of pork belly with a minimum spend. The voucher is redeemable on the next visit within one month, while stocks last and terms apply. It is a simple but effective push to encourage repeat visits during the opening period.
