The Coach Restaurant is introducing a new weekly dining experience with the launch of Sunday Prime Rib, debuting on the first Sunday of June just ahead of Father’s Day celebrations.
Inspired by the classic tableside service found in traditional New York steakhouses, the experience features prime rib carved and served directly from a rolling trolley, bringing a theatrical and nostalgic touch to the dining table.
At the center of the offering is a specially prepared prime rib created in collaboration with Butcher Box Singapore. The corn-fed beef is dry-aged in-house at The Coach Restaurant for between 20 and 25 days. During the ageing process, excess fat trimmed from the beef is rendered and infused with smoked corn husks and Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey before being brushed back onto the meat, adding another layer of flavour and craftsmanship.
Priced at S$68++ per person, the Sunday Prime Rib comes with a choice of two side dishes, including creamed spinach, smoked butter mashed potatoes, grilled kale and arugula salad, roasted root vegetables, or a baked russet potato cooked in beef fat and topped with Gruyère and cheddar. The baked potato is served silver service-style, allowing diners to customise toppings tableside with accompaniments such as crème fraîche, crispy duck fat, crispy shallots, chilli, and chives. Guests can also add a caviar supplement for S$28++.
For Father’s Day on 21 June, The Coach Restaurant will present a special one-day-only edition of the Sunday Prime Rib experience featuring USDA Prime Striploin from Linz Chicago. The beef will be aged in-house with beef tallow infused with burnt corn husk and Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
The Father’s Day special is also priced at S$68++ per person, with fathers receiving a complimentary Coach beer or a Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned when ordering the special set.
To mark the occasion, the restaurant will additionally offer exclusive two-hour free-flow beverage packages on 21 June. In collaboration with Woodford Reserve, the S$25++ package includes unlimited servings of Coach Cream Ale, the Father’s Day special People People Pale Ale, Classic Martinis including Gin, Vodka or Vesper options, and Woodford Reserve Bourbon Southern Iced Tea. A premium S$40++ package adds Chardonnay, Merlot, The Coach Restaurant’s signature Waffled Up cocktail, and Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned to the free-flow selection.
Alongside the dining launch, The Coach Restaurant and Butcher Box Singapore are also running a reciprocal spend-and-win promotion until 7 June 2026. Customers who spend S$150 or more at Butcher Box, either in-store or online, will receive a S$20 dining voucher for The Coach Restaurant and an entry into a lucky draw to win one of four dinners for two at the restaurant.
Meanwhile, diners at The Coach Restaurant who order any steak dish will receive a S$30 voucher for Butcher Box Singapore. Winners of the giveaway will be announced through Butcher Box Singapore’s social media channels after 7 June, with prize coupons available for collection at any Butcher Box outlet.
