67 Pall Mall Singapore is expanding beyond its private members club roots with the launch of 67 on Scotts, a new wine led dining and social destination set to open at Shaw Centre on Orchard Road from 8 June 2026.
Spanning Levels 1 and 2 of Shaw Centre, the new concept marks a significant evolution for the brand, bringing the philosophy and spirit of 67 Pall Mall to a broader audience through an all day venue centred around wine, dining, culture and social connection.
Positioned in the heart of Orchard Road, 67 on Scotts is designed to transition seamlessly from daytime to evening, offering everything from breakfasts and leisurely lunches to aperitivo sessions, late night dining and social gatherings shaped by music and atmosphere.
At the centre of the experience is an extensive wine programme inspired by the exploratory spirit of 67 Pall Mall. Guests can enjoy rotating tasting flights and a capsule collection of wines by the glass curated to encourage discovery in a more relaxed and approachable setting. Members of 67 Pall Mall Singapore will also enjoy exclusive privileges including preferential wine pricing at around 30 per cent lower than regular prices, alongside access to a members only “Black Book” wine list featuring additional fine wine selections unavailable on the main menu.
Leading the culinary programme is Head Chef Balaji Vijayachandran, who has crafted a Mediterranean inspired menu focused on quality produce, lighter flavours and sustainable sourcing. The menu is designed for all day dining, balancing refined bistro classics with seasonal plates and sharing dishes that complement the venue’s wine offerings.
Signature dishes include the Laksa Bouillabaisse priced at S, which combines the flavours of Singapore laksa with the classic French seafood stew using prawn, rock fish and confit cherry tomatoes. Other highlights include the Organic Yellow Chicken at S served with morel mushroom, Vin Jaune, creamy lemon mash and broccolini, as well as the Mediterranean Salad at S featuring hummus, falafel, grilled eggplant, capsicum and pickles.
The cocktail programme offers contemporary twists on classic drinks, with highlights such as the Blood Orange Hanky Panky featuring gin, sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca and blood orange, alongside the Pineapple Husk Mezcal Negroni that combines mezcal with tropical and smoky flavours. Lighter options include the Straits Highball, a Gin Lemongrass Ginger Fizz available both as a cocktail and mocktail.
Music is also set to become a defining part of the venue’s identity, with a dedicated music programme launching in July 2026. Rather than functioning as background entertainment, the programme aims to shape the atmosphere throughout the day and evening, creating a rhythm that evolves alongside the dining and social experience.
The opening of 67 on Scotts also comes ahead of the upcoming 67 Pall Mall Summer Party: Soleil on 11 July 2026, the club’s annual global celebration inspired by the spirit of a European summer. The event will transform the club into a multi level summer themed experience featuring wine, gastronomy and hospitality across different spaces. Tickets for members are already on sale, while public tickets will be released at a later date.
