A new social brewery concept is set to debut in Singapore’s lifestyle and entertainment hub, as Burnt Ends Hospitality Group launches People People Brewing Co. at Resorts World Sentosa on 15 April 2026.
Spanning 9,000 square feet, the venue is designed as both a working brewery and a social space, built around the idea of bringing people together through fresh beer, approachable food, and shared experiences.
People People Brewing Co. is led by a team with diverse expertise across hospitality, culinary craft, and brand-building, including Dave Pynt, chef and founder of Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, alongside Loh Lik Peng, founder of Unlisted Collection, as well as entrepreneurs Pete Thew and Jason Moy.
At its core, the concept centres on a “beer to the people” philosophy, focusing on quality, accessibility, and consistency. Guests can expect beer brewed on-site and served fresh from tank to tap, paired with a menu designed for casual, social dining.
The brewery programme is helmed by award-winning brewer Nick Calder-Scholes, whose experience spans the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Named Australian Brewer of the Year by Beer & Brewer in 2024, Calder-Scholes oversees the full brewing process, from recipe development to final pour.
All beers are produced in-house using custom-designed equipment, with five 1,500-litre tanks delivering beer directly to taps for maximum freshness. Visitors can observe the brewing process throughout the day, reinforcing the space’s identity as a true working brewery.
The beer lineup is structured across four collections:
Signature pours include a crisp house lager brewed with Saaz and Tettnang hops, fruit-forward sours like Passionfruit & Yuzu, and hop-driven California IPAs with citrus and tropical notes.
Complementing the beer programme is a food offering rooted in Burnt Ends’ signature wood-fired cooking approach. The kitchen is anchored by a Classico oven for pizzas and a Camino open-fire hearth with a rotisserie and adjustable grills.
The menu focuses on casual, shareable dishes designed to pair naturally with the beers. Highlights include wood-fired sourdough pizzas, rotisserie chicken, burgers, and bar bites.
Signature dishes feature a Miso Beef Short Rib Pizza with chimichurri, Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken with herb butter, and Salt and Pepper Squid served with green chilli and lemon aioli.
Located within the WEAVE development at Resorts World Sentosa, the brewery offers direct access without the Sentosa island entry fee, making it an easy destination for both locals and visitors.
The open-concept layout integrates brewing tanks into the space, with flexible seating across indoor and outdoor areas. Designed to accommodate everything from casual drinks to large gatherings, the venue can host up to 180 seated guests and 300–400 standing.
Programming plays a key role in activating the space, with regular events including:
Live music sessions and sports screenings are also part of the ongoing experience.
