AIA HYROX Singapore Expands to First-Ever 3-Day Race Weekend at National Stadium

HYROX is set to make its biggest splash yet in Singapore as the fitness race series returns for its fifth and largest edition. The AIA HYROX Singapore 2026 event will take over the Singapore National Stadium from 3–5 April, marking the first time the local race will run across three full days to meet soaring demand.

More than 14,000 athletes are expected to compete, surpassing the 12,400 participants who took part in November 2025. Supported by Sport Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board, this expanded format makes space for additional Men’s and Women’s Open races, as well as HYROX’s rapidly growing adaptive division, which ensures that athletes with physical impairments can participate through tailored standards across weights, repetitions, and movement requirements.

The race format remains consistent with HYROX events worldwide:
Eight rounds of a 1km run, each followed by one of the signature functional workout stations:

  • 1,000m SkiErg
  • 50m Sled Push
  • 50m Sled Pull
  • 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 1,000m Rowing
  • 200m Farmers Carry
  • 100m Sandbag Lunges
  • 100 Wall Balls

The upcoming race will welcome participants from 58 countries, highlighting HYROX Singapore’s status as a global fitness destination. Competitors will range from ages 16 to 74, embodying HYROX’s message that the sport is truly for everyone. Past Singapore races have also drawn notable personalities, including Hong Beom Seok, Gabe Heck, CHOI MINHO of SHINee, Kim Jae Hong (Amotti), and Choi Seung Yeung.

This year’s event is supported by a strong lineup of partners spanning fitness, travel, and lifestyle. World of Hyatt offers comfortable stays for travellers, AirAsia provides perks such as discounted flights to select races and community initiatives via HYROX Training Clubs, and Grab allows athletes to enjoy up to 10% off race tickets when using PayLater by Grab or GrabPay (T&Cs apply, limited redemptions, promotion ends 31 March).

AIA Singapore returns as the title sponsor, offering all participants and spectators who opt in at ticket purchase complimentary personal accident coverage valid throughout April 2026. The initiative reinforces AIA’s commitment to helping people live healthier, longer, and better lives.

Registration for both racers and spectators is still open through the official HYROX Singapore website.
